We’ve Been Building and Renovating Homes Since 1996

Coastal NC Renovations begins the renovation process with Charles meeting with home owners at their residence, in order to get a clear understanding of home improvement needs. Once needs have been established, Charles drafts a scope of work plan and makes suggestions on how to best handle the project. A job estimate is supplied as a firm quote, unless the home owners change the scope of work to be performed. Charles and the Coastal NC Renovations team make sure that home owners understand what they are paying for and why. After the home owners sign the quote and make a deposit to seal the contract, a date is scheduled for work to begin. From there, a partnership is formed, as the Coastal NC Renovations team begins to make the home owners’ dreams become reality.
